Hi there, there is a great video on the website at http://www.craftclub.org.uk/video/knitting_tips/how_to_finger_knit which shows you how to finger knit...sometimes it's good to see how it's done!

I've uploaded some instructions so hopefully they will be available for viewing in the next few days. Just done finger knitting with 6 year olds - they loved it and got the hang of it instantly!
