HELP!! funky fur shrug pattern

I have started to knit the funky fur shrug pattern on this website (link at the top of this post) I am doing the sleeve just now. At the heading SHAPE SLEEVE TOP It starts by saying: CAST OFF STS AT BEG OF NEXT 2 ROWS DEC 1 st at each end of the next 4 rows then...... Is there a mistake on the first line here? Should it say CAST OFF "X" STS AT BEG OF NEXT 2 ROWS?? Im not an experienced knitter so I dont know how the sleeve should be shaped at this point but its does say cast off in first 2 rows but it doesnt say how many stitches to cast off? I would be grateful if an experienced knitter could have a look at the pattern per the link and the paragraph of the pattern in question and let me know what they think. Ill put my needles down for now otherwise I think the sleeve will end down at my knees if i follow the pattern lol Thanking you so much xx
Gosh you are right it does look like there is a typo in the pattern! I shall alert the WI. Meanwhile if you cast off 6 sts at the end of each row, then carry on as it describes, you will have lost 12 sts, then 8 (1 at each end x 4rows), then another 6 (3 foll alt rows), then you'll need to to decrease on 8 x 4th rows to reach 32.
