Hi Craft Clubbers, Just wanted to pass on some of the ideas Alex & I have come up with for our craft club called 'Craft Revolution' down in Brighton. We have uploaded photos and worksheets of some of the projects we have done at our friday afternoon craft club. There are 14 very enthusiastic children in the club, ages ranging from 8 to 11 and we have a great time chatting, listening to music, eating biscuits and sharing our ideas. We have found the worksheets work well, as the children often take their projects home to finish and also want to share their new skills with friends and family - the 'pass it on' ethos is working well! We have found felting to be a great way to introduce textiles and colour mixing. www.winghamwoolwork.co.uk is a great supplier of wool roving and it only costs £6 for a big bag of mixed colours.
