Knit a Neuron

I went to the Green Man festival and crocheted a neuron. (No, I didn't know what it was either, but I do now.) Using all the neurons together, we will make a giant neural network showing brain injury in a creative way. The final artwork will be on display at Bristol’s new brain imaging centre (open in 2010). It will also go on tour to other venues and events. We will raise money for a Bristol charity, the Head Injury Therapy Unit Endowment Fund by: 1. inviting you to send a donation with your neuron 2. collecting money when the artwork goes on tour You can download the information sheet including 3 patterns for knit, knit in the round and crochet in the File Transfer area.Send your finished Neurons to:
