I have a craft club at a small primary school in North Notts and was wondering if there are any volunteers out there who live in the area and would be willing to help out? I have more children who would like to join than I can cope with on my own and it would be nice to have more skills on offer than I have myself. (I am doing cross stitch with the few children I can cope with - lots of 'Miss, I can't thread my needle!') Of course, CRB checks would be needed, being a school, but I'm sure you all know that! You probably don't need CRB checks for everyone invloved - it is worth looking into. Plus you might find lots of parents and grandparents will come and help even if they don't craft - like you say sometimes its just needle threading. Some folk get put off by the thought that they need to be crafty themselves. Hope this helps. Good luck with it. Claire
