Summer Fair
Hels Bels 05/07/10
We have just posted pics of our stall at our school summer fair - it was a great success! The craft club have been busy for weeks making items to sell on their stall and making metres of finger knitting to decorate the stall - it looked fab! As you can see Alex and I were so proud of the group, they all had such a sense of achievement and could talk so knowledgeably about all the things they were selling. They took it in turns running the stall and also handed out copies of our worksheets to anyone interested in making the items themselves. We had a making table too, the children could make treasure maps, fisherman charm bracelets or mini beach hut bunting - that went down well and the parents seemed to welcome the chance to have a sit down! We've now been asked by the school if we could run a mums club to teach them how to make the items for Christmas pressies - craft is spreading fast at St Pauls Brighton!
