Hi there! Your best bet is to try local charity shops, they usually have yarn to give away, if not on display then in the stock rooms, and it's always mega cheap. A good online resource is a website called freecycle.com, it's basically a website for people to get rid of stuff they can no longer make use of, or do not have space for. If you register yourself with them, it will allow you to post a request for any yarn people have, and normally works if you are willing to go and collect it! I hope this helps, Martin
