We ran a knitted flashmob in waterstones to challenge Ipswich's conformist culture, tied in with 'Ip -Art' week and just brought a bemused smile to passers by. We staged it so that all 30 of us would suddenly wead the hats at once, as if it was totally the norm, whilst browsing mid summer.
