A national campaign for craft

What is Craft Club?

Craft Club is a national campaign that champions craft in schools and other educational centres.

Get your school, gallery or library crafting! All young people deserve access to a full range of fun and rewarding craft projects as part of their cultural learning. We can help by uniting skilled and enthusiastic volunteers with schools and venues through after-hours clubs. The generous support of our volunteers ensures Craft Club is available free-of-charge to schools/ venues in England.

'From Tip to Ship' is a new competition from Start Imagining, and partnered by us here at Craft Club.

Inspired by the Queen's Diamond Jubille Pageant on Sunday 3rd June 2012, groups of between 2 and 6 children are invited to make a model of a boat or a ship using reclaimed materials - and it doesn't need to float!

To find out more and be in with a chance of displaying your model ship at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich, London, click here!
